Time for another meal plan! Our meal planning ideas for week 58 went really well. The Spinach & Feta Tart With Crispy Potatoes And Rocket Salad and the Swedish-Style Meatballs With Mash And Peas were both amazing! We will definitely be having those again in future meal plans.
I’ve put the Gousto boxes on pause for a week as they won’t be needed. I love the convenience of this as I can restart them as soon as I’m ready to do so without having to restart the subscription.
Here is what this week’s meal plan looks like.
Pasta bolognese. A no-faff meal to start off the week.
Falafels served with salad and couscous. This is one of our meat-free meals for the week.
Five Spice Beef Fried Rice. I absolutely love this! Definitely one of my favourite meals.
Jacket potatoes with chilli.
Chicken Katsu Curry. A tasty curry to kick off the weekend.
A domino’s pizza takeaway for a Saturday night treat.
Toad in the hole. A nice bit of Sunday comfort food.
