Our previous meal plan went down really well. The kids liked the majority of it which is always a bonus. The Slimming World friendly keema curry pie was our absolute favourite. There are always clean plates left whenever I cook this one.
I will be using our Ninja Foodi multi-cooker for some of the dinners this week which is super convenient for me. The Ninja 15 in 1 Foodi Max has lots more functions than my previous Ninja had. You simply switch between cooking modes using the smartlid slider. You can pressure cook, bake, air-fry, grill, prove, dehydrate, steam, sear/sauté, steam bake, steam roast and pretty much everything else.
I can’t wait to try them all out.
Now less of my waffling, it’s time to share this week’s meal plan. I hope it gives you lots of meal planning ideas!
Monday –
Air fryer chicken with corn on the cob. A super tasty fakeaway for today.
Tuesday –
Sausage casserole. A nice hearty dinner in the slow cooker.
Wednesday –
Hoisin sticky baked chicken thighs with roasted broccoli and red onion.
Thursday –
Slimming World-friendly cheesy broccoli bake. I never get bored of this.
Friday –
Keema curry with Bombay potatoes. Another one of my favourites.
Saturday –
Toasted panini with turkey, cheese and sun-dried tomato pesto.
Sunday –
Potato gratin with bacon served with broccoli and roast carrots.

Ooh that all sounds very yummy. I particularly like the sound of the sticky hoisin chicken thighs with roasted broccoli and red onion and the keema curry with Bombay potatoes. Always good to get clean plates too! #MMBC
We were hoping to make homemade pasta tonight to go with the sauce and meatballs I have in the crock pot but we didn’t have enough eggs. We’ll have to settle for store bought spaghetti tonight and the boys have all requested tacos, chicken and orzo, and BLT grinders this week.
Your Ninja sounds fab! Great meal plan. I love everything that you have planned especially the Hoisin sticky baked chicken thighs x
I am loving your cheesy broccoli bake and your fakeaway chicken. Fantastic meals.
Really fancy an Airfyer too – your menu is so tempting
Great plan – i love my airfryer!
Oh my gosh. Why did I not think about making panini for dinner in this hot weather. Genius!!
