I really enjoy sharing my likes and loves from the previous month. It’s just nice to appreciate the little things and discover something new. July was quite a busy month but a good one all the same.
Here are a few of my favourite things from July.

Discovering Air fryer recipes!

Air Fryers. It’s all I bang on about since buying my new Ninja air fryer. I really can’t recommend them enough if you haven’t got one already. The food tastes amazing, crisp and flavoursome. All of the satisfaction that fried food gives us but without the high-fat content. I made these super yummy KFC Inspired chicken last week and oh my days, they tasted sooooo good!

*Delicious Free From Snacks

I know a few friends of mine and some of my readers have specialized diets, so I am always very happy to share delicious treats that they can enjoy.
Happi is a yummy chocolate brand whose products are dairy-free, low in sugar and vegan friendly. The bars contain no nasties just 100% natural and are made with gluten-free oat milk and rice syrup.
They are sustainably sourced and packaged and 1% of Happi’s annual net sales are given to youth projects and mental health organisations.

There are 5 amazing flavours to choose from –

  • Plain Happi
  • Cacao Nib Crunch
  • Salted Caramel
  • Orange
  • White chocolate

Available from Selfridges, Ocado, Amazon and local independent retailers nationwide.

*New Beauty Products

I love trying out new skincare products. I’m at that age now (early 40s) cough….early 30s where I need to give my skin more TLC. I was excited to be sent the SuperRenew night treatment serum from Pure & Cimple to try out. On first appearances, I could not help notice that the logo is very similar to a very well known food subscription service!
with that said, the serum comes presented in a pretty miniature hessian sack with a heart to the front.

The overnight serum claims to boost skin cell regeneration, enhance elasticity, lift and firm, plump, hydrate and tone the skin.
I have only used this for a few nights so I can’t really report any major differences, although my skin definitely felt in better condition upon waking up. I will update further after using the serum for a longer period of time.

Pretty Colours

I love how colourful my hanging baskets are this year. They really do brighten up the path. It’s nice growing something from seed and then seeing it in full bloom months later. Love gardening, it’s the best therapy.

*Back To School/Home School Accessories

Another thing to think about is replenishing the kids stationery, paper and so on for the new term. Clinton’s sent us some lovely stationery bits and this super colourful water bottle. They have everything you need to get ready for back to school/home schooling. But for now, it’s time to enjoy the rest of the holidays!
