Kids are back at school and I guess a lot of parents are sighing with relief at the fact they don’t have to partake in homeschooling any longer.
Of course, our homeschooling goes on, as my regular readers will know, we’ve been homeschooling for over 6 years now. And just like school, that requires having a good stash of stationery, water bottles and backpacks.

Home Ed and School Essentials
A lot of our learning consists of visiting museums, outdoor monuments and landmarks. Although we are a little limited as to what we can do at the minute, when the time comes we will certainly be taking our backpacks and a packed lunch along with us on our travels.
Smiggle have a lovely choice of backpacks and matching lunch bags. We already have backpacks, but Jayden’s lunchbox needed replacing so being the little gamer that he is, he chose the Gamer Double Decker design.
There is heaps of space inside for snacks and drinks. It has two compartments, one on top and a larger compartment underneath. Jayden loves the hologram gaming screen on the top, it is quite an awesome touch.
Do you remember the excitement of getting a new pencil case for school? Jayden is really impressed that his pencil case matches his lunch bag and I just love Joben’s burger pencil case. I would have been over the moon with these as a child, mind you, I’d use them now!
Of course, we need plenty of notebooks for our home-ed and Smiggle has loads of fun designs in their range. We also have a camouflage-patterned pen and a very sleek looking ruler too!
Last but not least, Jayden chose these super cool foldable headphones to use in his German lessons. Again you can choose from many different colours and designs. They have soft ear pads and a volume safety control to ensure little ears are not damaged.

As much as I hated the home schooling I do miss having both of my girls home all day.
My girls love Smiggle, even my eldest. lol That lunch bag and matching pencil case are fab! My two would love that, they’re into their gaming.
