It’s time for another Likes and Loves. I can’t believe we have reached October already! It only seems 5 minutes since I was sharing our Likes and Loves August edition!
Well, there’s been lots of likes and loves for or this month and here are just a few of our favourites!
Autumn Crafts
I love crafts whatever the season but I do enjoy making autumn/fall crafts. This autumnal garden crochet craft was super easy to make. It also lights up at night which you can see over on the original post.

*Bake Off Anyone?
The GBBO (Great British Bake Off) is back on the TV and I love it. Love the judges, love Noel and Sandi and all of the fab bakes the contestants create. With all of this rain we’ve been having lately, I couldn’t think of a better pass time for me and the boys other than getting our bake on with the wilko baking range. We’ve made, muffins, apple crumble, scones, cookies and more.
The boys have always loved to bake with me and they get to measure and weigh the ingredients.

When we’ve finished we store our stash away in our wonderful new cake tin which has a handy stand inside to display your cakes to the judges.
The cake tin has ample room to store away lots of little cupcakes or one huge one, either way, neither last all that long in our house.

*Nights Cosying In Front Of The TV
There seems to be a little bit of a food theme going on in this month’s like and loves. Sure sign autumn is here when the comfort foods come out in full force.
Nothing like a movie night with a tasty Ristorante Pizza and some garlic bread on the side. I really like this pizza as it’s just the right thickness with a slightly crispy base and totally loaded with flavour!
Available at Tesco and other superstores.

Strawberries and Raspberries
We went strawberry and raspberry picking a few times last month before the season came to an end. There was no shortage of desserts in our house that’s for sure!

*Looking For Christmas Gifts
I like to start early when it comes to Christmas gift shopping. Not months and months before! But around about this time of year I will start to put things up.
I don’t think you can beat personalised gifts. They just seem to be that little more special don’t you think?
This beautiful personalised typography frame from Posterhaste can be customised in so many ways, from the size, colour, font styles and more!
They are perfect for so many occasions such as birthday’s, weddings, anniversaries and of course Christmas.

The quality of the frame is exceptional. It is evident that Posterhaste put so much effort and care into their products and a few people on my Christmas list will be receiving gifts from their lovely ranges this year.

*Keeping Entertained
We love having family games days at our house, even though daddy is a little competitive!
You can’t beat a good old board game but sometimes they just aren’t practical. Such as when you go on your travels, so I like to have a plentiful stash of travel games that we can take along with us.
Take N’ Play travel games have been our go-to games whilst out and about. They all come in their own sturdy metal case that when closes keeps the pieces secure inside.
Another handy feature is the board and pieces are magnetic, so no more tantrums when the playing pieces go flying!

Fun At The Park
We have a couple of parks that we pass when driving into the nearest town and we always stop by one on the way back home. This day was particularly sunny and perfect for the boys to have a run around and burn off some of their never-ending energy!

*A Fruity Treat
I’ve discovered a new sweet treat and I like them a lot!
Gregory’s Tree blueberry and raspberry twists taste so good. I thought they might be a little too sweet, but they are just right. They are 100% free from nuts, gluten, GM, dairy and only 60 calories a bar.
They are my new snack for when I’m busy at my desk.

*Foodie Roos
Foodie Roos are little plush collectables that smell and feel like their favourite foods. There are 20 to collect and make an ideal stocking filler for just £7.99. If you think your little one/s would go crazy for these then you may want to take a look at our Foodie Roos Plush Collectables Review.

Ahh! Those board games are classics. I love the look of the hangman one. x
Doors Open Days, it was nice to explore some buildings new to us.
Some great ideas, especially as weather changes and less likely to be outdoors
Love the cake tin! Great way to display the finished product!
