New week new meal plan! Last week’s plan went well. I swapped one day around but the rest went to plan and everyone enjoyed the new Gousto Family Kitchen Range.
I feel that this week should be full of comforting slow cooker meals! It is another dull and wet day here, it really does feel more like autumn!
Well, without further ado, here is what this week’s meal plan looks like…

Meal planning ideas week 76 1

Monday

Homemade lasagne and chips. It feels like we have this quite a lot but we all really enjoy it!

Tuesday

Cheating Tuesday! We are off out today and my eldest has his jab late afternoon, so we will be getting a takeaway of some sort. Either chip shop or pizza!

Wednesday

Macaroni Cheese Bake With Sweetcorn And Peas.

Thursday

I have some cheese and onion crisp bakes in the freezer, I will be using these up along with some salad and wedges.

Friday

Slow cooker kebab. I can’t believe how much this tastes like a takeaway kebab but with far less grease and fat. So good!

Saturday

Easy Keema Curry Recipe. I will be cooking some Bombay potatoes to go with this. Yummy!

Sunday

Toad in the hole with lots of thick onion gravy.

What do you have planned for this week?

  1. It does feel like we should be eating meals from the slow cooker. Stupid weather! lol
Snap for today! We’re having lasagne too but just one out of the freezer. Enjoy your takeaway and I hope the jab for your eldest goes OK.
    Fab meal plan. x

  2. I just added lasagna to our monthly menu yesterday; I feel like we haven’t had that in ages! We’re also having kabobs this week and then some simple sandwich type meals as my two oldest have been so buy with work and jobs that I’ve been focusing a lot on making easy meals that reheat well or can be prepared in advance easily enough that each person can eat when they need to.

  3. Now it’s school holidays I need to be more organised with meals! I haven’t made macaroni cheese for ages and I love the idea of adding peas and sweetcorn :o)
