Another week another meal plan. How are we in November already? I will be prepping my Christmas meal plan at this rate!
Our previous meal plan went really well. We are still enjoying the Gousto box as part of our plan. It’s nice to discover some new meals that even the kids enjoy! The convenience of prepped ingredients is also a bonus for me.
Here is what this week’s meal plan looks like.

Monday – (Gousto Box Recipe)

Crispy fried chicken burger, fries and garlic mayonnaise. A quick no-faff dinner to start the week. The kids are really looking forward to this one.

Tuesday – (Gousto Box Recipe)

Easy mushroom risotto with crispy bacon. We all like risotto, although my eldest will have to have this minus the mushrooms!

Wednesday – (Gousto Box Recipe)

One-pot creamy sundried tomato and chicken stew. It has been so cold the past few days so I’m really looking forward to a warm, hearty dinner to enjoy.

Fancy giving Gousto a try? I have a fantastic discount code for you to apply to your first order. Simply use My Gousto Link to receive 60% off your first box + 30% off all of your boxes in the first month! And you can cancel at any time.

Thursday – (Gousto Box Recipe)

Creamy mustard-chive pork steak with crushed potatoes. We haven’t had this one before so I will let you know next week how we get on with it.

Friday –

Five Spice Beef Fried Rice. One of my favourite meals for tonight. It’s quick and easy to make and tastes amazing!

Saturday –

Fakeaway slow cooker doner kebab. Fakeaway Saturday sounds perfect to me!

Sunday

Hearty vegetable crumble. This has to be one of the best comfort foods ever! Absolutely perfect for the cold winter months ahead of us. Also counting as one of our meat-free meals for the week.

What do you have planned for this week?

  1. I have already started prepping for Christmas. I am planning on buying the meat over this weekend. lol
Fab meal plan. I love the sound of the mushroom risotto and a fakeaway is brilliant for a Saturday. Just like a takeaway but a fraction of the cost x

  2. Ohhh I’m so glad I clicked on this, we meal plan too (on a tight budget so it keeps us on track and means no waste) but I end up doing the same meals most weeks and have run out of inspiration in the cookery books. The veg crumble and pork recipes look brilliant and, more importantly, fairly quick and easy. I’ll be giving them a go soon so thank you! Great meal plan, your family are very lucky 😊 ❤
