We’re back with another meal plan. I’m currently following a very low-calorie diet during the week. On plan, I have meal substitutes during the day (milkshakes), and then I eat the same meal as everyone for teatime.  It’s just a way where I can lose a few pounds a week whilst not feeling like it’s a battle. Here is what we have planned for our dinners this week.

Monday –  Tortellini with cheese and ham kievs.

Tuesday – Pork burgers with sweet potato fries.

Wednesday – Potato gratin with bacon served with broccoli and roast carrots.

Thursday – Pasta bolognese. A no faff dinner that always goes down well.

Friday – Slow cooker kebab. This tastes as good as the chip shop, but nowhere near as greasy.

Saturday – A KFC treat. I look forward to weekends, being off-plan.

Sunday – A roast chicken dinner with all the veg and super thick gravy.

What do you have planned for dinner this week?

Did you check out last week’s meal plan?

  1. Good luck with the diet. It sounds like a great plan. I would be gutted to miss out on what my family are eating if I was dieting.
I love what you have on the menu this week and yep! The gravy on a roast dinner has to be thick. x

  2. I love the sound of potato gratin with bacon – am going to google that one. We’re winging it this week. Today I’m going to try making courgette spaghetti with tomato sauce. I’ve had it in restaurants but it sounds quite easy to make too – fingers crossed!
