Living Planet takes children on the most incredible journey around the world. Little explorers can discover nature in all its glory!
Children can learn all about what our planet is made of, how plants and animals survive in different ecosystems and how humans have made an impact on Earth’s changing climate.

We have covered our planet and animals that dwell with us on numerous times with our home schooling, but I have to admit this book takes it up a level. Not only is Living Planet a fantastic resource, but it is also interactive!
Throughout the book there are interesting facts of life on earth and on certain pages there are augmented reality features.
First, you have to download the free Living Planet app from either Apple App Store or Google Play. Then look out for the boxes marked with a play symbol and hover your device over the top to play.
The boys were amazed when the picture came to life!
You can watch so many interesting videos! Like the Woodpecker in my Instagram post.
There are other cool videos too such as volcanos erupting, people surfing, plant growth, animals and lots more!
I think Living Planet is suitable for all ages. Both of my boys (5) and (9) love it! Even Craig and I have enjoyed learning facts and playing with the app.
It is well thought out and portrays perfectly just how truly awesome our planet is!
