As we head into July, it’s time to share our Likes and Loves from June.
June was quite a busy month for us. We had a new puppy which is always hard work. My youngest had dental surgery and he did fantastically well to deal with it all. Being autistic makes things like this very challenging for him, but he smashed it! So very proud of him.
Work has been busy and I’ve officially broken up from uni for the summer, yay! Now to enjoy July.
And with that said, here is what we enjoyed in June…
*Coconutea
Coconutea is a refreshing drink packed with healthy benefits. Known for its main ingredient of king coconut water, which contains a wonderfully rich source of natural nutrients and minerals, including potassium and iron. All of that goodness is then blended with a premium green tea and topped off with natural fruit flavours!
There are six flavours available – a subtle hint of lemon, peach, pineapple, soursop, passion fruit or strawberry.
They taste so good! I imagined them to be quite sweet and sickly, but this is not the case. They have the perfect balance of flavours and are best served chilled on a hot day. Delicious!

Bruce’s Treats
Bruce is our rescue dog and he is just the best. He settled into our family almost straight away and the rest is history. He’s been so good with our new puppy Barney so he has been getting all of the treats. I bought him some posh iced doggy biscuits from Pets At Home and he lapped them up!

Barney!
Barney is 12 weeks now. He keeps us on our toes but he is a sweetie. He already knows how to sit and lie down, he’s really clever for such a young pup.
I’ll be doing an update post on him shortly with lots of puppy spam!

*Pretty Jewellery
One of my favourite things from this month is this beautiful Recycled Sterling Silver Fox Ring from Boostology. I love the quirky design and it’s so comfortable to wear as it has an adjustable band to fit all sizes.
The fox ring is hallmarked and comes in eco-friendly packaging, (no plastics involved) and one tree is planted for every purchase made. I think this fox ring would make a fab gift for nature lovers.
Boostology has an array of gift ideas, they really do have a little something for everyone. They are also mindful of our planet which makes them such a lovely brand to shop with.

Eating outside
We have grabbed every chance we can to sit outside and eat our dinners while it’s nice and dry. It’s lovely and peaceful later on in the evening once the narrowboats have all gone through.
It’s just nice to kick back and switch off after a busy day.

What have you been enjoying lately?
You really did have a busy June, I hope Barney has settled in well.
That Coconutea does sound good, I imagine it being so refreshing on a hot day.
That fox ring is so cute, my youngest is really into jewellery at the moment and loves things like that. x
Lovely to eat outside especially in the weather we’ve been having, our local pub has a nice beer garden so nice to chill out there in an evening with a pint.
I love the fox ring, and such a great design that it is adjustable!
Must be a relief to see your dogs getting on so well. Can’t wait to see more puppy pictures. He’s already looking so cute!
I guess you’re going to be busy at home now your son has finish uni and your youngest son will be breaking up soon. More meals to cook. I always find the weekends are rest days for the children and the most exhausting day for the parents. Maybe because my children are still small.
I’m in love with that fox ring. I love the design and how unique it is, incorporating the whole ring to shape like a fox.
Have you heard the weatherman? After the hottest June recorded, we are now warned that next week will be all rain. I’m glad you made the most of it whilst the weather was still hot.
Lots of beauty in June – never trued coconut tea – sounds so refreshing
Bruce and Barney are so gorgeous. Love eating outside too. I’ve not tried Coconutea – it sounds interesting. #MMBC
Your new pup is just adorable! We love eating outside and while we have managed to do that a few times on vacation we have yet to eat outside at home. It’s been rather rainy here each evening… but hopefully we get to do that soon!
