Hey Duggee is a firm favourite in our home so we couldn’t wait to read their brand new picture book Cheer Up Pup.

Cheer up Pup is the newest ladybird addition to the Hey Duggee book collection and the boys love it.

This time there is another little character coming to play,,,,, Duggee’s nephew Duggly.

Duggly is a cute little puppy so the squirrels will have to help look after their new friend. They will learn all about responsibilities, kindness, discover lots of new ways to play and even put up with some pretty nifty smells! (pwarrrrr) However, it will all be worth it in the end when they earn their super shiny puppy badge!

Monkey read this beautiful book to his baby brother and could certainly relate to a lot of the scenarios in the book which comes with having a baby at home.
