We just love the beautiful illustrations by Sarah Edmonds, they are so quirky and colourful. The book is broken up into categories including – Strange Tails, Peculiar Tongues, Perplexing Necks and many more. Each animal fact is broken down into bite-sized chunks, just enough to keep a child engaged.
Jayden, Joben and I enjoyed discovering why animals features differ and what role they play.
It is also a wonderful way to educate children that we are all different and wonderful in our own way and that certainly should be celebrated, beaks, bums and all!
