AD – Gifted collaboration
I love nothing more than seeing my boys enjoying a book. They are both little bookworms which makes me so happy. We have recently been introduced to a lovely series of pop up books and today I am sharing Paperscapes – The Fearsome World of Dinosaurs.
This beautiful hardback from Carlton books is an exciting way to learn all about the world of dinosaurs. It is quite different from other books as you can transform the pages so that the dinosaurs stand out.
Each page has a perforated edge around the dinosaurs that you can pull away gently. Once the excess paper is removed the animals really stand out on the page. It can be left open on a shelf and used as a display afterwards.
Jayden loved reading all about the facts of each dinosaur, although he knows most of it being a massive dinosaur fan! I can’t pronounce half of the names, but Jayden just reels them off with little effort. You can learn all about the different locations that each dinosaur could be found, what their diet was, what period they lived in, their size and so on.
Paperscapes: The Fearsome World Of Dinosaurs is beautifully illustrated and a big hit with my boys. I think this is perfect for any little dinosaur enthusiast and would make a ‘roarsome’ gift.
