The trees up, the house is dressed up like Santa’s grotto and we are all feeling super festive!
Aw, I love this time of year, I’m a big kid at heart and love to go all out for Christmas. Speaking of festivities, we’ve recently partnered up with the lovely Avoalre to share with you some of their gorgeous Christmas lights.

Light Up Star Tree Topper

We have had quite a few tree toppers over the years. Mainly a variety of stars and angels, but this year we have something a little different.
With that said, it is a star but it has some really cool features. This beautiful star tree topper has a built-in projector! It is mains powered and has a generous 3-metre cable.
Once turned on, you can move the projector to shine at the ceiling or the wall. The star projects a rotating pattern of pretty snowflakes. Being able to manoeuvre the projector comes in super handy if you have a tall tree. If the Star is too close to the ceiling the projection only covers a small area, whereas if you move it further away from the ceiling it will display on a larger scale.

The projector star is such a lovely novelty and is much bigger than I expected., and the kids love it so it’s a winner all round.

Warm White LED String Lights

I love how a Christmas tree full of twinkly lights makes the room feel so cosy. I also really enjoy seeing how others decorate their trees. So many lovely styles and different lighting effects.
I’m a massive fan of warm white LED lights. I just love the glow that you get from them.

Warm white LED Christmas lights 2

I can honestly say though, my lights this year are most definitely the best we have had so far. The Avoalre 50m String lights are awesome.
The first thing that grabbed my attention was just how many lights there are! And they are so close together giving a super twinkly show on my tree.
The Christmas lights are mains powered and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
I can’t get over how beautiful these look on my Christmas tree. The glow is just right without being overly distracting but giving off a really cosy Christmas vibe.

With the 8 different modes, you can have your lights gradually coming in or a full-on sparkle show! There is also a memory function so you don’t have to keep going through the sequences to find your favourite!
I absolutely love them and will be getting more of these for next year.

Light Up Christmas Wreath

We always have a fresh wreath on our front door. It’s a tradition of ours and one that I like to do each year.

This year we have a wreath for indoors too. This artificial light up wreath is 40cm and battery-powered (2 x AA batteries). It has 40 warm white LED lights and is decorated with imitation spruce, pinecones, berries and red baubles.
The only bugbear I have is that I think the wreath would look better without the Merry Christmas glitter sign. However, that is just a personal preference of mine.

I think it is a fun way to dress up the interior doors and all for a reasonable cost too.

Are you all ready for the festivities to begin?

  1. I love this time of year too. It feels so much cosier in here with all of the Christmas lights on.
The star topper is so pretty and the projector is such a nice addition. Your tree looks fab and I love the look of those lights.

  2. We are ready nearly but omg I am in love with your tree, ours is rubbish haha. I really want to invest in some really nice decorations.

  3. I love white Christmas lights rather than the coloured ones. I always think they look so pretty in trees outside as well as inside the house

  4. I too love warm white LED lights, and these look great! We have similar ones, with the different settings you mention. I prefer a ‘slow-glo’ or ‘fading’ setting, which has the lights slowly lighting up and fading. Twinkling lights drive me bonkers though, lol! That start looks cool too x
