bucket list 2017

I love making plans for things to do as a family, it’s nice to have lots to look forward to. I have done Summer bucket lists previously and crossed quite a few things to do, off the list. So I thought I’d compile a big list of all the things I would like to do with Craig and the kiddies this year.  Have a nosy at our bucket list and see if there is anything that gives you some ideas.

Strawberry picking

Go on a picnic

Go to Thomas Land, Drayton Manor

Visit Cbeebies Land, Alton Towers

Go to Lego Land Windsor

Stay at one of the Center Parcs resorts

Visit Bluestone (I’ve heard so many awesome reviews about this place)

Try out some new places with The National Trust

Visit some historic landmarks for Jayden’s home schooling

Go to the Sealife Centre

Have a weekend pottering about around London

Go to the zoo

Build sandcastles on the beach

Find some nice spots for some family photos

Take the kids to Camp Bestival

Go on a Autumn scavenger hunt for crafts

Go to the Cinema

Have a drive around West Midlands Safari park, the kids love it there

I’m sure we will have loads of fun working through our list and hopefully add some more!

Do you have a bucket list?

  1. Not done this, but having read your 2017 Bucket List, I think I may sit down with the girls and draw up our own. You’ve got some really fun things to do there and I’m sure the kids will adore Legoland, my girls still loved it up to a couple of years ago. Have a great year #MMBC x

  2. That sounds like a great bunch of things to do – and not too many! I find sometimes bucket lists read as overwhelming. We don’t create them here, but I am hoping to write down a few things we want to do this summer. I like that you’ve combined simple (picnic) with more elaborate (vacations and theme parks). Should keep your year interesting and fun! Good luck and have fun working through your list!

  3. Hi Jayne, I have trouble knowing what I’d like to do next weekend alone this year, but I’d happily tag along with you. Saying that though I’d love this year to be the year we head to the mainland for a weekend of walking, but we shall see.

Strawberry picking and visiting National Trust places sound the best. Center Parcs resorts always look so good, I hope you manage to get to one. I have no idea what Bluestone is , guess whatI’m Googling next?

    xx
