How did that happen? How did my little blondie turn two years old? It only seems like yesterday that we were absolutely elated after trying to have another mini us for 3 years after your big brother. We turned to IVF in the end, but a week before my first set of treatment, I got the positive result on that test, the result I had yearned for, for so long!
So what are you into at the moment?
What do you like?
You LOVE the bath! You love having splashy fun with Jayden. It often looks like I’ve had the hosepipe in the bathroom when you pair have finished.
You love tickles. You have the most infectious giggle, it makes me grin from ear to ear each time I hear it.
Dinner times are always looked forward to by you. You are so good with your food, not fussy at all. In fact you don’t have a tantrum because you don’t want what is put in front of you, you kick off when it’s nearly gone! I have to make sure pudding or a cup of juice is waiting as you will strop and tell me off in your own little bossy way!
You love your sleep. (Thanks for that! I will buy you a nice car when you’re grown up!) Once it’s your time to go down, it’s not long before you’re snoring your little head off. You wake up next morning, not overjoyed, because like Daddy you are a bit of a grumps first thing. You don’t really like mornings, but once you have come around, your cheery little happy face returns (Just like Daddy).
You love spending every minute with your big brother. You are both so cheeky, I know you will be best friends for life. I think I’m certainly going to have my hands full with you two in a few years. The terrible twosome, partners in crime. But I wouldn’t have it any other way.
So now you have turned two, my beautiful little boy. Enjoy your special day my little star.
