My two little men are my world, but since becoming a parent I find myself saying the most bizarre things! Things I’d never imagine ever saying.
Here are just a few random words that I have spoken.
1. Please don’t stretch your willy like that!
2. Stop licking the window.
3. Who’s pissed on the bloody toilet seat again?!
4. Stop bending over to fart in the supermarket please, it’s rude.
5. Eat your dinner please and stop using the red sauce as face paint.
6. Is that chocolate or poo? (You have to put on your detective hat with kids).
7. Why has the dog got pants on?
8. That’s a lovely picture but perhaps we should paper next time and not the wall.
9. Why has the baby got a mohawk?
10. Why has it gone quiet? (I think we all dread this one)
Do you have any to share?

No. 1 is commonly said here at home too… another good one is ” stop eating too much ketchup or you’re hair will turn red” I regret we used this to stop my kids eating a lot of ketchup coz every time he sees somebody with red hair, he will then tell us that the lady is eating a lot of ketchup, made her hair red, lol #TheList
Haha! I love that one 🙂
Thanks for commenting.
I think I once said “put the enormous hands down!” in Sainsburys (my son was trying to get me to buy an Incredible Hulk toy!). But yes – what is it with the willies??!! They get a bit obsessed at a young age don’t they? 🙂 #thelist
Haha great!
And yes they always have to fiddle.
Thanks for stopping by 🙂
Haha, lots of willy-related ones would be on my list too! And I never thought my most asked question as an adult would be “ok, who farted?”
#thelist
Brilliant, i can relate to the who farted one too!.
The things they make us say! haha 🙂
The willy ones bring back some memories. Why are little boys so proud of them??
#thelist
Haha, they really are aren’t they!
Thanks for popping by 🙂
Haha, great post. I bet we all have a list of random sayings since becoming parents! Xx
Thank you 🙂
We certainly do! thanks for popping by x
Ha ha, yes motherhood is great for allowing the oddest things to come out of your mouth. Thanks for linking up to #TheList x
Ha I love it! I’ve said most of these a lot of times being the Mum of two boys. In our house it’s often ‘if you fart on your brother’s head again you’ll be grounded OR I’ll wake him up later on whilst you’re asleep for a revenge attack’ . The joy of boys 😉 they do make me laugh though, and I wouldn’t change them – other than to make them tidier!

This list is brilliant! There are many many things that I could add to the list, but after 9 years of “boyness”, I’ve just exchanged all comments with “seriously?” usually followed by an eyebrow raise. Works like a charm. #picknmix
