So you have done it again. Indulged with obsessive binging of all of your favourite fat filled snacks. Rammed them all into that hole beneath your nose.
And you rummage through your wardrobe for something to wear because none of it fits you anymore.

And you make it your goal to start yet another diet. Perhaps after the weekend?

And you try not to get too excited when lunchtime arrives, as you tolerate devour your rabbit food.

But in reality you are yearning for a massive tub of Ben and Jerries.

Or anything that remotely resembles carbs!

And then your weigh in day approaches and you feel like

You join the queue with all of your fellow dieters, wondering what the scales will say. All doubting that even 1lb off this week is being optimistic.
It’s as if those twatting scales start a telepathic conversation with you.
But you release a huge sigh of relief as you stand on the scales and the consultant marks another 4lb off your card. Now you’re feeling like a boss!
So until the next weigh in, good Luck fellow dieters. I hope you get the results you wish to achieve 🙂

This really made me laugh! I hate the whole New Year diet thing but for me it ties in with having just had a new baby – I did really well at Slimming World before my wedding and I totally relate to the images of panic in the queue at class!!

Aw Congratulations 🙂 and yes it is funny the things which we have to go through! but it is all worth it in the end, I agree Slimming World is really effective, have a great week 🙂
Lol! That's great! 🙂
Thank you 🙂
This post is GREAT!!! haha!
I am a slimming world member… I missed the weigh-in before Christmas.. I went to the weigh-in after Christmas and i had only gained 4lbs. which i was happy about really.
We got our weigh in this evening .. found it hard to get back on plan but i've had 4 days 100% on plan so im crossing fingers it will be a maintain or no more than 1lbs gain.
