Barleycup naturally caffeine

We have been loving the beautiful weather that we have had recently. The garden is filled with laughter as the boys play in their paddling pool, water fights are plenty and the smell of the BBQ sizzling up a tasty treat makes me smile. I do love summer!

I love to have family and friends around and what better time than summer to have a good get together and have some fun outside.
Coffee mornings are all well and good if you can tolerate caffeine. I have to have decaf, as coffee generally triggers my migraines. And obviously, the kids don’t have it, so we want something that can be enjoyed by the whole family. We have ditched the caffeine for some time now thanks to these caffeine-free Barleycup drinks.

Barleycup is an instant drink that is made of barley, rye and chicory. It is not a de-caffeinated drink, where some caffeine still remains – Barleycup is totally caffeine-free! It contains no artificial additives and no added sugars. Don’t be fooled though as it isn’t merely just a hot drink! I have been using it in many ways. I recently put a little spread on using Barleycup in a variety of ways. I made a delicious Barleycup mocha cake using one of the fabulous Mary Berry recipes. I simply substituted the coffee for Barleycup and it tasted amazing!

A mixture of cappuccino’s, frappuccino’s and iced Barleycup meant there was a little something for everyone.

Jayden gave the iced Barleycup drink a try – I think it went down a treat with just how hot it was outside!

It’s lovely that there is lots of different options too for the whole family as I know a lot of children (for obvious reasons!) Don’t drink coffee, but it looks like Jayden loved it!
