Paracetamol, ibuprofen (both child and adult versions), thermometer and heat packs. These are used the most in our house, often for managing pain related to procedures or general day-to-day discomfort with flare-ups.

First Aid Supplies

Plasters, antiseptic sprays, gloves, bandages are all stored in a labelled box so there’s no faffing around when someone needs something quickly.

Allergy Products

Antihistamines, bite creams, and gentle, unscented options for skin that’s sensitive to everything. Apart from my youngest, we all have mild hayfever, so I always keep stocked up with these.

Cold, Flu & Infection Support

Decongestants, sore throat relief, cough syrups and a good supply of tissues. You never know when a good old cold lands on your doorstep!
