Looking After Your Eyesight⎟AD

Both my eldest son and my husband wear glasses. We all go for regular check-ups to make sure that our eyes are in tip top condition. My job involves me using a computer for large periods of time, I also spend a lot of time using tablets and other screens. I try to help my eyes by using filters for my screens and blue light reduction. I also make sure that we only ever look at anything for 20 minutes without having a little break looking at something else and blinking to relax our eyes.

I do feel better when we have had our eye examinations as they can detect all sorts of health issues as well as make sure that your eyes are healthy. I suffer from pulmonary sarcoidosis and even though I’m in remission, sarcoid can affect the eyes, hence my eyesight being monitored regularly.
