My boys have always enjoyed doing puzzles. I think they are a nice activity to be getting on with on a rainy day and a nice pass time for those days spent at home. We have quite a collection of Ravensburger puzzles. A lot of which have the boys favourite characters on, which they just love.

This is a 3D puzzle. I don’t know if you have ever done one before, but they really are quite fun for all of the family to get involved with. This particular one is recommended for 7-99 years. You can build a mini solar system using the 8 x 3D puzzles provided. Whilst little one took a nap, Craig and I got stuck in with Jayden to build some planets!

Models are scaled to represent the different sizes of the planets and you will be pleased to know that every piece is numbered to help you along the way!

I like that when the puzzle is finished you can choose to display it on the poster with each planet being secured by the individual stands or you can thread each one and make a mobile planet to hang up.

I think these would make a lovely gift for little space enthusiasts. Also if you homeschool as we do, this would make a fab resource to implement in one of your sessions.
