I must admit I’m a massive fan of tech! I love my iPhone and my iPad, but one of my favourite tech items is my smartwatch. I love how I can use it to control music, text and email as well as motivate me to be more active. Obviously working from a desk for most of the day means that I have to make a conscious effort to be active and my smartwatch helps me to do this.
