*Disclosure – We received these products for the purpose of this review. However, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
My eldest has been a fan of Godzilla and Kong for years now. He can name every character and what movies they have featured in, even from many years ago!
So when we were kindly sent a selection of Monsterverse figures, you can imagine the levels of excitement in our house!
Monsterverse Action Figures Age 4+ Years
Kong Toho Classic Toy Figure
Jayden loves Kong and already has the giant kong which is huge. This smaller classic version at 16cm tall is based on the movie – Skull Island. I think the detail on the Monsterverse figures is fantastic. Toho Kong has articulated joints (as do all of the Monsterverse figures) for multiple poses.
Classic Gigan Action Figure
This is *Gigan, the Toho classic character from the movie Godzilla: Final Wars 2004. The cyborg monster Gigan is part monster and part robot. He has blades to his arms and a serious-looking buzzsaw stomach. He has bright red wings and red menacing eyes.
Space Godzilla
Another fab detailed action figure is the *Space Godzilla figure based on the movie – Godzilla vs Space Godzilla. Also standing at 16cm tall, Space Godzilla was created from Godzilla’s cells drifting off into space. Space Godzilla arrives on earth with many superpowers including the skill to create crystalline weapons.
Jayden said he loved how realistic they look and how they are a true likeness of the fictional characters. He also likes the articulated joints so he can put them into any pose that he wants to as they battle.
There are other figures to collect in this fab range and they are perfect for Kaiju fans like Jayden.
Do you know someone who would like these?
They look like amazing figures. My Little Man hasn’t been into Godzilla, but I do think he’d like the space one, he loves anything in space. I remember the original King Kong film when I was a child, it was really scary, but I cried at the end. It has to be the weirdest love story ever!
Back to the figures, I bet they look fantastic on the shelf, and I’m sure they’ll get plenty of action. Jayden certainly looks happy 🙂
Love the level of detail on these. They look like great toys – no wonder Jayden was so pleased with them. #MMBC
