Hi all and welcome to another week of #MMBC, July already folks! Where is this year going?
As always I hope last week was good to you all. Apart from the norm, I haven’t really been up to much as i’ve had a trapped nerve in my neck, so i’ve been walking around as stiff as a board the past few days. I got to sit and do nothing relax until it cleared up, thankfully it has gone now, so services are back to normal! Haha.
I managed to get out and capture this lovely sunset though.

Goodmorning Jayne, coffee smells good today. Which probably has something to do with me having gone to Lidls this morning and survived (it was heaving!).
A trapped nerve in the neck sounds painfully, glad it’s better, although you could have maybe milked it for a few days! The photo of the sunset is a pretty one, good to see you are getting a little sun over there. Mum keeps saying how cold it is and can’t wait to get back here.
