Albeit a little late, it’s time to share our likes and loves from the previous month. I like to document all of the little things that we’ve been enjoying, it’s a nice way to appreciate both the big and small things each month and of course, it’s a nice way to discover new brands with us too!
November was a fun month with birthday celebrations and anniversaries, it was also quite a busy month work-wise.
Here are our likes and loves for November.

Autumn colours

I love the colours that autumn brings. I’ve been out and about with my DSLR again and it feels so nice to be taking time to get back into photography again. I absolutely adore my kids but I’ve got a few lenses that I may have sneaked onto my Christmas wish list for Santa!

Celebrations

We’ve had some celebrating to do in November! It was my youngest boy’s birthday and he turned 8. I can’t quite get my head around the fact that it has been 8 years since my waters flooded the maternity ward and I sat watching Xfactor whilst taking puffs on the gas and air when a contraction came. I was cool as a cucumber with Joben, but I can’t say the same for his big brother!

We then celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary. Thirteen fantastic years with my bestie, my rock, my soul mate. So incredibly blessed to have such a wonderful and caring husband.

*Warmies

I am all for the comforts, but I especially love to snuggle up and get cosy at this time of the year. All of my fluffy throws and blankets are out to keep us super warm in the living room.
A fab place to look for winter warmers is IWOOT. They have water bottles, hand warmers, heated slippers, cosy blankets and so much more.
I absolutely love this novelty dog water bottle. It is perfect for keeping warm whilst watching to or for popping in your bed before you get in.
I much prefer these slimline ones as they are really useful to wrap around your tummy when the dreaded period cramps kick in!

The hand warmers are another fab way to keep warm and they are super cute! The Warmies Supersized hand warmers marshmallow bear is so soft and keeps your hands incredibly warm!
A removable heat pack inside gives this even more warmth. Simply pop it into the microwave for 45 seconds and get super toasty!

FFØR are another lovely brand that I have recently discovered. Their ethos is to produce fantastic haircare products that are eco-friendly and also gender neutral.
All products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, gluten-free and formulated without the use of sulfates, mineral oil and synthetic fragrances.
There are some lovely gifts sets available just like this RE: Nourish Set.
This awesome haircare set includes –

  • 1 x 300ml Re:Nourish Conditioner
  • 1 x 300ml ReNourish Shampoo

Also having won three awards already this year fills me with confidence that the products are high quality and very much loved!
I straighten my hair daily so it can get considerably dry. My hair feels silky smooth and hydrated after just a few uses so I am super impressed.

Christmas is coming!

The trees are up and it’s feeling very festive in our house. I’ve bought new ones this year as we’ve always had real trees but this year this M&S tree caught my eye and I’m so glad I went for it. Really happy with it looks and the lights are so pretty.

My Audi TT

Happy new car day to me! I was very lucky to have had a new car in November. It’s been a full-on few months with lots of highs and a few lows. This was an unexpected surprise that left me absolutely speechless (and that doesn’t happen very often!).
I am very blessed.

*HARIBO Christmas Sweets

We all know Christmas time is full of chocolate, but we love to mix it up a little with HARIBO’s fantastic winter selection of their amazing sweeties! My personal favourites are the Giant Trees which are the same flavour as the Strawbs. Craig is all about Haribo Jelly Babies so whenever there is Starmix in the house he’s raiding them! Puck the Penguin are new this season and are in amazing fruity flavour combinations like peach and vanilla, strawberry and vanilla and blackcurrant and vanilla. It’s fun that they can stand up too.
HARIBO really adds to the festivities and they make perfect stocking fillers for the whole family! I’ve popped a few selections into my boys’ Christmas Eve bags this year and I know they will be absolutely devoured!
Do you have a HARIBO fan in your house?

  1. Nice collection of likes for November, but a new car is a huge like. I’m envious of your blue beauty. If I lived in a colder location, I’d definitely want a bear hand warmer as it’s so cute. #MMBC

  2. It is crazy that Joben is 8 already, time does fly.
It sounds like you are all set for this cold weather with all the Warmies that you have. I would be lost without my hot water bottle.
