I hope you have all had the best weekend. Did any of you go to Britmumslive? I’m guessing our lovely Debs from Debs random writings didn’t (bit of a trek from Greece) lol. I had made my mind up I was going to go and then didn’t end up making it in the end, perhaps next year hey! It did sound a bit crap for the people who stayed over at the travel lodge afterwards though, being woken up by their fire alarm at 5am I was told, that wouldn’t go down nicely when you’re hanging I bet.
Craig my hubby baked a mean rainbow cake last week. Yes I did say my other half baked this, as much as i’d like to take all of the credit mind.

I didn’t go to Britmums Live. It seemed a long way for me to travel for just one day. Not as far as Debs though. hehehe

I have heard a lot of mixed opinions about this years britmums live too, so don’t feel so cheesed off for not being able to make it now.

Hi Jayne, I think I’m in time for the Monday evening session! I kept checking this morning, hoping you’d go live before I had to leave home, but alas that didn’t happen. Thank you for the mention! One day I would love to make it to one of the big blogging meet ups, but like you said it is a bit of a trek and the timing is wrong. It must be so fab meeting up with other bloggers and being able to put real faces to bloggers.
I am so impressed by your husbands rainbow cake! I’ve always wanted to try (to eat) one and I bet there’s none left!

I didn’t go to the event either and hear it has been better in previous years. That cake looks delicious and makes me wonder how the colours didn’t bleed together.
I didn’t go to Britmums, I went to Blogtacular though which was the week before so couldn’t really do both! That cake looks amazing yummmmmm.
