Happy Monday and welcome to this week’s #MMBC. I hope you all had a lovely weekend. I spent most of mine prepping for Christmas. It was miserable outside, so while mum watched the kids, (she is currently staying here and in our bubble) I went upstairs armed with a hot chocolate, put on a Christmas movie and tackled some of my wrapping! It was a nice chilled out weekend, mostly spent in pyjamas doing sod all. The best kind of weekend if you ask me!
Thanks so much for linking up with last week’s blog club and well, every other week too.
Just a quick note before we get into Feature of the Week. We’ve seen a few new faces join us over the past few months, which is lovely, but I want to make sure that everyone is being fair and visiting other blogs. It’s only right that if you leave a link to your homepage (not an individual post), that you try to visit some other lovely bloggers and leave them some love on one of their posts. This is just a friendly reminder to our newer members that it’s nice to be nice and to please make sure that you do return some comments.
Feature Of The Week

This week’s feature is Malin from Sensational Learning With Penguin and her post – Scribbles In The Night. As you all may know, my youngest is autistic, and it is nice to read about others that also have different ways of communicating. Thank you Malin for giving us a little insight into how Penguin interprets the world around him.
Please do pop by for a read if you haven’t already.
Now it’s time to share these wonderful blogs. Have a fab week ahead! x
Let’s Get Linking Up!

HOW THIS LINKY WORKS (NEW MEMBERS PLEASE READ)
Firstly, If you are new here, welcome to my lovely group! Monday Morning Blog Club is a weekly homepage linky for bloggers. Share your blog with our friendly bunch and get some post love. Simply link up your blog homepage below and others can choose which post they would like to comment on. Please Do Not link up with individual posts.
Finally, please try to comment on at least a couple of other blogs, it’s nice to be nice. I will, of course, be popping by everyone’s blog for a read over the next couple of days. It’s a great way to give your blog exposure, you will discover fab content and make lots of blogging buddies along the way. Winner winner, chicken dinner!
If you would like to share the linky love then I would be ever so grateful. You can grab the badge from my sidebar.
Happy Monday, Jayne 🙂 Thanks for hosting.
Good morning! It sounds like you had a lovely weekend! I’ll be doing more wrapping this week. x
It was lovely. Good luck with the wrapping. x
Ive linked up both my blogs this week so I’m going to do a double round of reading and commenting. I started wrapping gifts the weekend. I managed one, realised I’d not bought any tags and decided it wouldn’t be a good idea to wrap anymore, lol. Thanks for hosting x
I know you always do chick.
Haha, I always forget the tags! I made sure I got them early this year. Thanks for linking up as always Anne. x
Thank you so much for the feature, Jayne! It has been a huge help for me to be able to connect online with other parents of autistic children, throughout our ‘journey’, and it makes me very happy when another parent can relate to something I’ve written about our experience.
Sounds like you had a lovely weekend, and that you’re way more organised about Christmas than I am, so far… I haven’t even bought gifts (well, just one so far), let alone wrapped anything! I feel like there’s ages to go yet until Christmas, but it’s actually edging closer quite quickly now, isn’t it… xx
Watching a Christmas movie while wrapping presents sounds like the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit! 🙂
I love to put on a Christmas movie and wrap away while watching too! I usually eat chocolates instead of drinking hot cocoa but I think the idea is the same.
