Photowall Personalised Canvas Review

Photowall Personalised Canvas Review

We have recently received an amazing delivery from the lovely guys at Photowall.
Photowall is a Swedish company that specialises in wall murals and canvas prints. They have an array of designs to choose from or if you prefer, you could personalise your own design to put into print. We have chosen one of their amazing canvases and a wall mural. Today I am sharing the personalised canvas.

I ordered the canvas on the online store with ease. I uploaded my high-quality image, chose what size I would like my canvas to be, which was 100cm x 140cm and whether or not I wanted the edges plain or for the image to flow all around. After I placed my order, I was kept informed throughout as to what stage my order was at. I could not believe the speed of which my order was delivered! It took only a couple of days to reach me! Fantastic service.

Building Our Photowall Canvas

Everything you need to build and hang your canvas comes packaged in a well-protected box.

When I unrolled the canvas I could not believe the quality of the print. The detail is absolutely amazing and the photo is sharp and clear. With this being a really big canvas I imagined the photo would lose a little sharpness, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. The clarity is exceptional! I chose to have my image in black and white as it would fit in well with my current living room colour scheme.

The canvas is so simple to put together. You don’t have to be a professional at DIY to be able to build this. The wooden frame pieces come pre-drilled, mitred and backed with double-sided tape. You simply line up the wooden pieces take off the backing paper and secure to the back of the canvas. Repeat on all edges and then roll each piece towards the centre.

Now you can attach the corner brackets with the easy screw in fittings that are provided.

The canvas was then ready to hang with the included bracket.

Now I can proudly show it off on my living room wall. I absolutely love it and have received so many compliments on it already. I have used different companies before for canvases but Photowall wins hands down for me.

Photowall gets a huge thumbs up from us and I can’t wait to get the Fantasy bookshelf mural up next. Pop back shortly to see how we get on.

That photo is absolutely beautiful. I love it! I love the idea that it’s all the more personal because you built it yourself. What a fabulous idea, although, I’m not sure how well it would turn out if I tried my hand at it. #MMBC xxx

It does look easy to put together and the sharpness is good to know. It is something I’ve toyed with doing in the past. Must look into it. #MMBC
