Having two young children and juggling working from home I always welcome a nice relaxing soak in the bath come their bedtime.
It’s my time to try and unwind and chill out a little. I am more of a bubble bath person or even cream baths as opposed to oils. So I was curious to see what Olverum bath oil was like.
Olverum is a unisex oil and consists of a powerful blend of essential oils that claim to relax and sooth stresses and tension in both body and mind.
The good bits
✿ Soothes aches and pains
✿ Helps soothe troublesome colds and flu
✿ Softens and pampers skin
The 10 essential oils
✿ Lavender
✿ Lemon
✿ Eucalyptus

✿ Exotic Verbena
✿ Rosemary

✿ Siberian fir needle
✿ Lavandin
✿ Lime
I popped a few drops into the running water as a little goes a long way.
The first thing I noticed was the intense smell of lavender and lemon. I must admit I am not overly keen on lavender aromas in bath products so I wasn’t overly keen on the smell, I am more swayed by fruity scents or coconut, however thats just a personal preference. The smell is very strong so I guess that’s where you would benefit if you have a cold.
It does leave you skin feeling soft and smooth with a pampered feel afterwards.
Overall this is definitely a luxury bath product ideal for a gift or the occasional treat for yourself.
You can get yourself a 125ml bottle (25 baths) for £26.00 or 250ml (50 baths) for £48.00 Main stockist is House of Fraser.
