Spain is such a beautiful country full of history and culture. The locals are friendly and the surroundings are stunning. I could easily have given 100 reasons why I love Spain after my visits there. It is one place I could never get tired of and will certainly be returning to in the near future with just as much excitement as before. But for now, here are a handful of reasons why Spain is the place to be!
1 An Amazing Climate
Compared to other European countries, Spain offers beautiful sunny weather over 300 days a year! Being one of Europe’s sunniest locations, you are guaranteed to have beautiful sunshine whilst you go out and about on your adventures.
2 Delicious Food
When I visit a different country I always like to try the local dishes, it would be rude not to! Spain is known for its mouth-watering food. Offering paella cooked to perfection and tapas on tap! There are so many amazing foods to indulge in, you really are spoilt for choice.

3 Stunning Architecture
Spain has the most stunning architecture, there is so much to explore. Majestic monuments, remarkable cathedrals, they have it all. With cities such as Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia enriched with heritage, there is always somewhere to discover. And not forgetting small towns laden with white washed houses, making the perfect Instagram worthy shot.
4 Best Beaches
There’s nothing like feeling the sand between your toes, and with 1000’s of beaches to choose from there is always a quiet spot to kick back, sip on a sangria and lap up the views. So many of the beaches have been awarded the blue flag. Meaning you can be safe in the knowledge that the water is clear, the environment is pristine and it has the required amenities for all who visit.

Some of the best wine in the world comes from Spain. La Rioja is infamous for its wine industry having over 500 wineries, from little cellars to large commercial producers. Enjoy a little wine tasting among the lavish vineyards that surround the Ebro valley. Bliss!
There is always a wonderful holiday waiting to be had in Spain, the hard bit is choosing which awesome part to visit!
