Morning, and welcome to this week’s #MMBC. I hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend (and are enjoying the bank holiday if you’re in the UK!).
It’s been a fairly simple one here. A bit of time out in the garden, just pottering and getting some fresh air, which always feels nice.
We’ve also made it through a run of back-to-back appointments, which I’m really glad to have behind us. We’ve got two more this week, and then we can finally pause for a bit before Craig’s next check-up in a couple of weeks.
No big plans for the rest of the bank holiday, which actually feels quite nice. Sometimes, slower days are just what’s needed.
And not forgetting a little early Happy Mother’s Day to those in the US for next Sunday. Also sending hugs if you find this time of year particularly tough.
Features Of The Week
Melynda shared a delicious Carrot Cake Banana Bread Recipe. I love banana bread, and this wholesome twist sounds so good.
Nicole shared a fun King’s Day Outfit post that really made me smile. Such a simple look, and the Crocs totally made it!
Thanks so much for joining in, whether that be linking up or having a cosy read! Have a lovely week, everyone. x
Let’s Get Linking Up

HOW THIS LINKY WORKS (NEW MEMBERS PLEASE READ)
Welcome to the Monday Morning Blog Club!
If you’re new here, a big warm welcome to our lovely group! Monday Morning Blog Club is a weekly blog linky for bloggers to share their blog homepages.
Simply pop your blog’s homepage link below, and our friendly community will visit and choose which posts they’d like to read and comment on. (Please don’t link to individual blog posts — homepage links only!)
We kindly ask that you take a moment to visit and comment on at least a couple of other blogs. It’s all about sharing the love and supporting each other.
I’ll be visiting everyone’s blogs over the next couple of days, and I can’t wait to have a read! This is a fantastic way to boost your blog’s visibility, discover amazing content, and make new friends along the way.
Winner winner, chicken dinner!
Simple weekends are often the very best ones – a bit of pottering about and some fresh air sounds like exactly what you need. xx
Thank you so much for featuring my post. I really appreciate it!
Jayne, thank you kindly for the shout out, and the lovely visit I get to have with so many wonderful bloggers.
I am glad you are having a good weekend. It must be nice to have a break from all of the appointments. Sending love and hugs. x
I hope the appointments go okay and I hope you have a good week. Thank you for the link party.
Sometimes slower days are just what we need! So glad you had a few quiet days with a bit of time spent in the garden, Jayne! As always, thanks for hosting us all! Happy May!
