Monday Morning Blog Club 26/10/26

Cosy blogging afternoon

Happy Monday, and welcome to this week’s #MMBC! Hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend.
What a week of weather we’ve had! Between the storms and the howling winds, I’ve been quite happy to stay indoors, thank you very much! We’ve had a lovely, chilled-out weekend, with the stoves going and no real plans to do much of anything.
Although, I did manage to tackle the never-ending laundry pile. I’m sure there are clothes in there that don’t even belong to us!

We popped to the library, and we came away with a nice little pile of books, including a few on Victorian children’s literature. I studied it during my Master’s and still find it really interesting. I think I’ve got enough reading material to keep me going for a while now. Not that it’ll stop me from picking up more!
Anyway, it’s been another one of those weekends where we haven’t done anything exciting, but I’ve quite enjoyed it!

How was your weekend?

Features of the Week

Lisa shared her visit to Český Krumlov in the Czech Republic. I love following along with Lisa’s travels. I always learn something new, and she takes so many lovely pics along the way!

Nicole shared her gorgeous autumn kitchen apron, handmade by her youngest daughter. I love the colours, and what a fab job she’s done making it. It’s almost too pretty to wear just for cooking!

Thanks for joining in, and I hope you all have a fab week! x

Welcome to the Monday Morning Blog Club!

If you’re new here, a big warm welcome to our lovely group! Monday Morning Blog Club is a weekly blog linky for bloggers to share their blog homepages.

Simply pop your blog’s homepage link below, and our friendly community will visit and choose which posts they’d like to read and comment on. (Please don’t link to individual blog posts — homepage links only!)

We kindly ask that you take a moment to visit and comment on at least a couple of other blogs. It’s all about sharing the love and supporting each other.

I’ll be visiting everyone’s blogs over the next couple of days, and I can’t wait to have a read! This is a fantastic way to boost your blog’s visibility, discover amazing content, and make new friends along the way.

  1. Victorian children’s literature – that sure sounds interesting, Jayne! I may have to do a bit of a deep dive to learn more myself! There’s nothing like a fall weekend indoors when the wind is howling outside, is there? Thanks so much for the party!

  2. Good morning! Today I am sharing two different blogs, my standard Scratch Made Food blog as well as a second blog I recently started to highlight where we traveled while NPS volunteers and different places visited in our hometown.
