Happy Monday, and welcome to this week’s #MMBC! Thanks so much to everyone who joined in last week, and of course, to all those who popped over for a read.
After a really busy week last week, we’ve had a lovely, chilled-out weekend here. Nothing particularly exciting, just a bit of pottering about in the garden and being amused by the squirrels, and catching up on a few things. I managed to get some accounts sorted for work, did a few bits on the blog and even found some time to get stuck into my book again.
It’s been absolutely freezing this weekend too, so we’ve had the stoves going. I think we can safely say the colder weather has arrived!
Anyway, how was your weekend? Have you been up to much, or have you enjoyed a quiet one too?

Catherine shared a lovely children’s book, A Year in the Forest. A great one for little nature lovers, especially at this time of year. It’s good to see Catherine back joining us at #MMBC too!
Sally shared her latest Style Imitating Art outfit. Each round, the ladies take inspiration from a different piece of artwork and put together outfits based on it. What a fab idea! I love seeing how creative they get with their wardrobes.
