Monday Morning Blog Club 15/8/22

A laptop and pink headphones on grass. There is a white cup of tea next to it.

Happy Monday! (I think) And welcome to this week’s #MMBC. Thank you so much for joining in last week, whether you are one of my readers checking out other blogs or linking up with your own blog. I really appreciate it.
I have spent most of the weekend moaning how hot it is! There are forecasts of rain this week and I for one, can’t wait! I think the garden will welcome it too, it’s starting to look like the Sahara out there!

Feature Of The Week

This week’s feature is our lovely friend Lisa and her beautiful but poignant post in memory of her son Gadi 2003-2022. I can imagine this being an incredibly upsetting post to have to write, but one that she felt needed to be published. I’m sure that everyone here sends Lisa and her family, love and strength in their time of sadness.

Now it’s time to share these wonderful blogs. Have a lovely week ahead.

Let’s Get Linking Up!

Monday Morning Blog Club linky.

HOW THIS LINKY WORKS (NEW MEMBERS PLEASE READ).

Firstly, If you are new here, welcome to our lovely group! Monday Morning Blog Club is a weekly homepage linky party for bloggers. Share your blog with our friendly bunch and get some post love. Simply link up your blog homepage below and others can choose which post they would like to comment on. Please do not link up with individual posts.

Finally, please try to comment on at least a couple of other blogs, it’s nice to be nice. I will, of course, be popping by everyone’s blog for a read over the next couple of days. It’s a great way to give your blog exposure, you will discover fab content and make lots of blogging friends along the way. Winner winner, chicken dinner!

I would also like to add, as I welcome all niches to this link-up, I can appreciate that there may be times when you feel uncomfortable commenting on certain topics. That is totally fine and you are under no obligation to comment, simply choose someone else to visit.

If you would like to share the linky love then I would be ever so grateful. You can grab the badge from my sidebar.

Thank you so much for linking up!

  1. After a hot and sticky night, it’s feeling quite cool here this morning. No rain until this evening though. I’ll be spending the day in hospital but I’m going to beg them for a day off tomorrow as I’m taking my daughter to see Les Miserables! (very excited) I’ve not been around much lately due to being on holiday and coming home to very intermittent internet. I’ll catch up with commenting though. I’ve just finished reading Lisa’s post and feel heartbroken for her. I already did, but she’s so brave sharing her story. xx

  2. That must have been very difficult to write especially in the length of detail she wrote it in. But it seems Gadi is still lives as an amazing person in the memories of every person who knew him

  3. I love it, “it is nice to be nice” absolutely agree. Show love to receive love. As for the forecast, I cannot wait to go out after the rain and smell that after rain fresh smell.
