In this cosy picture there is a beige blanket draped on a bench seat. There is also a white mug filled with black coffee and a open diary. There are also a collection of orange leaves scattered on the blanket.

  1. I have actually felt disappointed in our storms, a fair bit of steady rain and one or two big bangs, but nothing really spectacular. But I do realise I should be careful about what I wish for. I certainly wouldn’t want a power cut. And I do worry that my doors are all very flat for mobility issues which also mean water can seep through sometimes. At least I don’t have to go out, I’ve just sent my daughter off to college on the bus and it’s raining hard, but she has a good coat and hood. Fingers crossed the bus arrives on time. I’m off to read Ruth’s post now for some inspiration.

  3. Oh my goodness; so sorry to hear about all your troubles with the storms. We had a tiny bit of rain on Saturday but we really, really needed it. Everything is so dry here.
