These weeks just seem to be flying by. I don’t know about you, but I feel that this summer has been the shortest ever.

If you don’t know already Anne has Stiff-Person Syndrome and she has had her fair share of challenges recently. With that said, she has managed to take herself and her kids on holiday and make some lovely memories with her family.
