It’s very rare that peace and quiet hits our home, except for when Jayden is busy building something new with one of his kits that is. He will happily sit for ages building different things. He’s never tried K’nex out before, so he was keen to get stuck in to the awesome K’nex 52 Bumper Building Pack.

It has an easy to follow guide that illustrates what parts need to go where. It is recommended for 7+ years, Jayden has just turned 6 and after a few little rants and a bit of help from Daddy, he soon grasped the idea of how it went together.
First Jayden had a look at the ideas so that he could decide what to make. He decided on the dinosaur. This comes as no surprise, as his room is starting to look like something out of Jurassic Park!

Colour Coordinated Pieces That Simply Click Together

So far so good. Roughly 15 minutes in and he was loving how his dinosaur was transforming right before him.

After having loads of fun putting his dinosaur together, finally it was finished.

Here is his Attack Helicopter that he made too.

I think it’s a great idea to have the guides for the other models available on the Knex website. So no more melt downs when the instructions go AWOL.
They have more brilliant kits that I know Jayden’s going to love building. The Electric Inferno Rollercoaster is one of them.

Also the Ferris Wheel and the Phantom Buildable Blaster. I think they are all great value for money and will give the kids something that they can play with time and time again. We will without doubt be adding to his new collection. It gets a big thumbs up from us.
*We were sent some Knex products in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own*

I loved KNex when I was growing up, Lego was fun and simple but KNex taught me concepts around engineering that have paid off massively later in life
This looks like so much fun, i know two little boys who would love this! #MMBC
Love this. My kids love building so this would be the next step up once they’re the older. The helicopter build would be a definite favourite.
Not heard of K next but what a lovely idea to have this building block to keep your Sun entertained and happy whilst learning too
That’s absolutely awesome and such a good gift for a puzzle lover I recon. Even my brother in law who is 30+ would like it I think haha.
That looks brilliant – my boys would love this 🙂
