We have lived in a rural area since we got married nearly ten years ago. One thing that we never gave much thought when we moved from the town that we grew up in was how difficult it would be to get deliveries! From Tesco to Amazon, every delivery driver that tries to find us for the first time has trouble. We have been looking for a house sign for quite some time to make our home a bit easier to find, but we have not been able to find anything that was perfect.
A Bespoke House Sign For Every Home
That was until we were asked to choose a sign from UK Sign Shop. They have a fantastic range of house signs with literally something for everyone. The make signs from acrylic, slate, aluminium, wood, they even make hand-painted signs. After spending a little time browsing their website, we chose the Grove Hanging Sign. This is a beautiful acrylic plaque supplied complete with a cast iron bracket, hanging chains, fittings and fixings. You get to choose your font, colour of plaque, the colour of the text, in fact, you can change pretty much anything on most of their signs to make them perfect for you.
Once we had placed our order, the sign arrived within a couple of days. The print quality is excellent, we had it printed on both sides. I have obviously tampered with the image and address but you can see more of this house sign on the UK Sign Shop website. They print the signs using UV ink printers which means that the print will not fade and is completely weatherproof.
Ordering from UK Sign Shop is completely stress-free. Each of the signs gives the option to see them as a live preview, and our live preview was exactly how our sign turned out.
I am very pleased with our new house sign and have several compliments from visitors already!

Great giveaway and product. I live out in the sticks and hope that changes soon as is far too cut off and isolated. We have a tatty sign and posh one but delivery drivers still struggle to find us but then others like Asda and Lindy Bop couriers never seem to struggle. Lovely sign #MMBC

Our house is set back from the street and although the number is written on the gate post it can’t be seen when approaching the house, so visitors often have difficulty finding us. A nice sign like the one in your photo, which can be seen from the road, would be ideal.

That made me laugh about deliveries!!! Only six houses where we live. I once ordered a pizza, who surprised me by saying they would actually deliver this far out….Ordered at 6pm…11.30pm we went to bed. He said, next day when we phoned that he couldn’t decided which house it was!!!
