Cheese and Tomato Swirls
These Cheese and Tomato Swirls are easy peasy lemon squeezy and fun to do with the little ones.
Here is what you need –
- Jus roll pastry
- Tomato puree
- Dried/fresh basil
- Cheese
And a little helper!
1. Unroll the pastry and let Little one loose with the tomato puree, ok maybe not too much but enough to cover.
2. Sprinkle cheese and basil.
3. Role the pastry up tightly.
4. Cut into small segments.
5. Lay the swirls on a baking tray.
Cook in the oven for approx 15-20 mins @ 220 ‘C.
6. Once lightly browned take from oven, allow to cool and then enjoy eating them all up!
