Hi Jayne, we don’t have pancakes half as much as I keep saying we should, I have no idea why as they are so simple to make. These blueberry ones look and sound tasty and would make a perfect change on Pancake Day.

Blueberry pancakes are the best! #MMBC
Pancakes with blueberries sound yummy! We’re making buckwheat pancakes as they’re gluten free. The maple syrup butter sounds delicious – I’m definitely going to try that recipe :o)
Happy Pancake Tuesday!

Perfect for a lazy weekend breakfast
We call these Pikelets and, growing up, our mother would whip up a batch for unexpected visitors or just a little treat. They were one of the first things I learned to cook – though I’ve never tried this incredibly delicious combination with blueberries, buttermilk and maple butter. Thank you for the recipe!
