Finding an Estate Planning Attorney early on as a mum can be one of the most beneficial decisions you make for both yourself and your family. Life is unpredictable, and having a plan in place ensures that your children’s future is secure, no matter what happens. 6. Discrimination at Work
Discrimination in the workplace, whether based on gender, maternity, or other factors, is unfortunately still an issue many mothers face. Practical and advice @ we never know what is around the corner
Thanks
Very practical advice. Many of these matters are indeed emotionally taxing so it is always a good idea to seek legal advice for peace of mind as well as resolution.
I had not really thought about some of these areas until reading this blog
I was a legal secretary for 20 years and we used to deal with all of these matters other than immigration. It’s great to have a solicitor for these matters as they do know their stuff but they are just so expensive. Every time a client would call up I would have to look it on the system and even if it was only a quick chat, it would all go towards their invoice.
