Here we are with another load of meal planning ideas for this week. Last week’s meal plan was amazing! I think the Herb-Crusted Roast Pork With Apple Sauce And Garlic-Infused Gravy was my favourite.
We are continuing with our Gousto boxes for the foreseeable because we are enjoying them so much!
Here is what our meal plan looks like this week.
Monday – (Gousto Box Recipe)
Peri-Peri Chicken Pitta With Sweet Potato Wedges. We haven’t had this one before so I will let you know how we get on with it next week.
Tuesday – (Gousto Box Recipe)
One-Pot Easy Chicken Biryani. Curry always goes down well in our house. As long as it’s mild as we’re not very keen on spicy hot food.
Wednesday – (Gousto Box Recipe)
All-In-One Chicken & Gnocchi Cacio E Pepe. This is a favourite dish in Rome and means cheese and pepper.
I’m quite looking forward to this.
Thursday –
Falafel Wraps. A quick and tasty dinner for tonight. It will also count as one of our meat-free meals of the week. They are also Slimming World friendly should you be following a diet.
Fancy giving Gousto a try? I have a fantastic discount code for you to apply to your first order. Simply use My Gousto Link to receive 60% off your first box + 30% off all of your boxes in the first month! And you can cancel at any time.
Friday – (Gousto Box Recipe)
Lamb Doner With Chilli Sauce And Chips. This looks similar to my own fakeaway slow cooker doner kebab recipe, but it does have a chilli sauce, so we will have to adjust it to our liking.
Saturday –
Slow Cooker Beef Stew With Mustard Mash. A nice hearty dinner. I love using the slow cooker, it means I can just let our dinner cook away whilst I get on with my jobs around the house (and there’s always plenty of them to do!).
Sunday –
Garlic Chicken With Roasted Vegetables. A good old roast dinner for today topped with thick onion gravy! Yum.

Your variety of food is amazing – I’m guessing the box you receive includes all the ingredients and the recipe. That makes life easier for sure. #MMBC
I want to start meal planning some fab ideas here xx
I am a huge fan of batch cooking, but never seem to meal plan. It is something I should consider though because I seem shop aimlessly in the supermarket, then wonder what to cook.
I like the sound of the chicken biryani and the slow cooked beef stew. We’ve been using our slow cooker more recently. I might have to give your beef stew recipe a try. #MMBC
Oh these all sound like fabulous meals, especially the falafel wraps, yummy.
The Gousto boxes sound so tasty. The meals sound so fancy but I would be quite happy to try them all.
Great meal plan. You can’t beat onion gravy. x
Delicious Gousto looks devine
I really need to give meal planning a go as Iām so bored of ready meals x
Definitely works for us! Just makes things so much easier, and is one less thing to think about when it is all planned out for you
Meal planning is definitely the way to go. You can budget easier and make super delicious, interesting meals.
How were the falafel wraps? Do you think they would be easy to do yourself?
