Collectables and anything that involves slime is pretty much my eldest’s favourite kind of toy! We have recently been sent the exciting new collectable Hangrees from the guys at MGA Entertainment. At a first glimpse, Jayden was already liking what he was seeing!
Hangrees Slime Toys Age 8yrs+
Hangrees are little pop culture parody figures. There are lots of characters to collect such as Harry Plopper, Chew-Kaka, Mutant Turds and many more. Yes you guessed it, they are all based around toilet humour, something that I think most kids find hilarious! Well, mine do.
Making Slime
Each figure is very hungry and needs feeding with their special snacks! To create the slime you have to mix the powder and texture provided with a little water. Then close up the Hangree and give it a little shake to mix the ingredients. Finally, sit the Hangree on the little toilet and lift his left leg to watch it poop out the mystery slime!
You have to leave the slime to set in the toilet for around 15 minutes. Once set it is then ready to be handled.
I love the Hangrees little snacks that you can collect. They are also parody with names like Poo-ringles (Pringles) Reek’s (Reese’s) KFsea (KFC). All having similar designs to the originals but with a cheeky twist to the name. Very appealing to kids and obviously big kids like me!
The snack containers are used afterwards to store the slime to help keep it clean. I’ve lost track of the times we have had to throw away slime because it has become hairy, or had bits of random food like crisps and god knows what else trapped in it.
Jayden loves Hangrees and has already been searching for the other characters online. I just know they will be on a lot of children’s Christmas lists for Santa this year!
