AD – Gifted collaboration

We are a pretty active family, but just like many others, one of our favourite ways to pass the time in the evenings or through the colder months is to snuggle up on our sofa as a family and watch a movie. We have had our TV for a few years now and have been looking into getting a large screen TV for quite some time. So when the lovely people at Cello sent us the C65Sfs4K 65 Inch Superfast Smart 4K HDR TV with Wi-Fi and Freeview T2 HD to review, we were a little bit excited to say the least.

The 65″ 4k HDR screen gives us a fantastic quality picture and with a 4000:1 contrast ratio, you are guaranteed a great viewing experience in all lighting conditions. Built-in Freeview is DVBT2 HD so you can make the most of that amazing screen. You also get three HDMI 2.0 connections and two USB ports to connect things like digital cameras or smartphones to show off your pictures. You can also record digital TV to USB storage devices or play movies.
Our tv unit is 170cm so that kind of gives you an idea of how big the screen is!

Easy to navigate

Cello Remote

The TV is controlled using the futuristic ‘air mouse’ just press any button to wake the mouse up and a cursor will appear on the screen. simply point the remote at the screen and the cursor flows fluidly over the screen. I think this feature is pretty awesome!

Lots of Extras

With built-in Wi-Fi and an intuitive super-fast user interface that represents the future of smart TV’s, you can download apps directly to the TV so you can watch Netflix, Youtube, Prime video, BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, Kodi, 4 On Demand, and Sky Go to name but a few, directly from the TV without the need for additional ‘sticks’ or media centres. You can of course also download social media platforms and games, and by plugging in a USB keyboard and using the ‘air mouse’ you can navigate through your favourite social media channels with ease.

Movies are definitely better for us now, The picture quality has to be experienced to believe how vibrant the images are. We have never had an HDR TV before so didn’t really understand what to expect. Basically, the range between the darkest blacks and brightest whites has been expanded to give a greater variety of contrast which then gives an incredible picture.

Excellent for gaming!

We do love a bit of PS4! And what better way to appreciate your favourite games than on a gigantic telly?! The 60Hz refresh rate means that there is no lagging or flickering of the screen, no matter how fast and frantic the gameplay gets.

Looks Stylish

Cello legs

The TV has two neat silver legs with anti-slip feet on either side which make it super sturdy as well as stylish.

There is no disputing that this is a gigantic TV. It is worth noting though that it is only 96mm deep at the widest point and only 18.4Kg in weight so can be easily wall mounted using a 200mm x 400mm bracket if required.
