Although the Scandinavian style uses a lot of white and neutral colours, you can also add bright accent shades. The Industrial interior design style is perfect for a loft or bachelor pad, but those aren’t the only ways it can be used. It gives you a mature look with a touch of rustic, and it’s also a flexible style that you can explore, depending on the look and feel that you want. It can be on the darker side, or you can make it lighter and more chic if you want something a little more refined. You can make use of steel and other metals, with copper and bronze accents providing popular in modern interpretations of the style.
French Country
A home decorated in the French country style can look warm and inviting. Inspired by farmhouses, it combines earthy colours and natural materials. It sometimes has some shabby chic elements, although it can also have more of a refined look too. It’s the perfect style if you like hunting for antiques and vintage pieces or if you’re into things like distressed wood and colourful textiles. It shouldn’t look old-fashioned just because it’s not extremely modern, and won’t quickly start to look out of date.
Bohemian
Are you someone who doesn’t like to play by the rules? A Bohemian interior style might work for your home. It’s about following your heart’s desire, and doing what you want, making your home eclectic and exciting. If you’re someone who prefers to keep things minimal, the Bohemian style might not work for you. You can find vintage pieces and interesting items that will help to lend personality to your home’s interiors. You can incorporate glamorous elements, while also creating comfortable places to sit and decorating with a carefree attitude in mind. It’s the right style for your home if you want to lounge around feeling luxurious.
