We are loving being part of the Blogger Board Game Club as we get to discover and share so many fun family games. We have enjoyed games such as Who did it? Ticket to Ride Europe and many more. We have another fab game to share today and that is Dobble!

How to play
Recommended for kids age 6+ this card game is really easy to get to grips with. My youngest son who has just turned 4 years old can understand the basics and played along with us all. Although he couldn’t stop laughing when someone shouted a match!
Each card has 8 symbols on and you have to match a symbol from one card to another. The symbol can differ in size or appear elsewhere on the other card so you have to look hard!
There are 5 different mini games to play which are the towering inferno, fill the well, catch them all, the poisoned gift and the hot potato. The winner is the player with the highest score after playing through all of the games.
However, you don’t have to play them all, you can play as little or as many as you like.
Dobble is excellent for developing hand-eye coordination and gets those reflexes working at super speeds!
This fun game has become a firm favourite of ours and I can see us taking it along with us on our travels next year to keep us all entertained.

We absolutely love Dobble although we only play two versions of the game. It’s a great size for taking on holiday with you too although our Dobble tin caused a bag search at the airport when they thought it was a tin of moisturiser!!
