Being a work from home mum and doing the job I do, means I rely heavily on technology. When the lovely people from AO.com asked if I’d like to test out the Asus Vivobook E 11.6″ Cloudbook Laptop, I was so pleased as I knew I would make really good use of it. And the fact that mine had given up the ghost just recently, this collaboration couldn’t have come at a better time!
The Asus Vivobook maybe super small but it can pack a mighty punch! It has 32GB of storage and an Intel® Celeron® processor, meaning that you get crystal clear quality as you watch your favourite tv series on the 11.6″ HD screen. It also makes easy work of your everyday emails and documents.
The Vivobook is great for the likes of me who doesn’t always work from a desk. With its slim design and being super lightweight, I can just slip it into my bag and work on the go.
Even though I have my own workspace upstairs, I can always bring my work downstairs and work from the sofa. It has a 10-hour battery life so this gives me ample time to get all of my jobs done before I even need to start thinking about recharging it.
For all of the family
I like that it can be so useful to all ages. It is so simple to set up and you really don’t have to be a computer buff in order to use it. I think it would come in especially handy for students. It’s perfect for writing essays and using it to research and complete homework too.
With this model you get a 1-year subscription to Microsoft Office 365, so you can enjoy all of the handy programs and 1TB of OneDrive cloud storage. So you are pretty much ready to go as soon as you get it out of the box.
We also use the Vevobook as part of our homeschooling. My 8-year-old son can navigate around the menus and we can watch educational videos and look through powerpoints together. It is just so diverse and fab for all of the family.
I think the Asus Vivobook E 11.6″ Cloudbook is an awesome little laptop. It’s reasonably priced and does everything that you would expect and more.
