I think we have all experienced at one time or another just how lack of sleep can take its toll. There’s nothing worse than going to bed absolutely shattered, but not being able to drop off. Either your mind is running overtime or you’re more restless than a kid on Christmas Eve! If you do find settling at night a bit of a chore come bedtime, then the Lumie Bodyclock Iris with aromatherapy might possibly help you get a good night’s rest.
Lumie BodyClock Iris 500 With Aromatherapy
The Lumie Bedside companion not only helps you drift into a world of slumber with the sunset effect lighting, but it helps you to gently wake up each morning at a gentle pace as it introduces the light gradually like a sunrise. The bedside light and alarm can be set to daily or weekly, varied times or just as and when needed. All can be controlled by the easy to use panel and remote control. There is an included user guide should you get a little confused with the settings.
You can also add your favourite essential oils into the Lumie. There are two water tanks, one for morning and one for night time. Simply pop a couple of your chosen oils into each compartment. You could pop in a lavender oil for a restful nights sleep and perhaps an invigorating lime or grapefruit oil to get you started for the day.
I have been using the Lumie for just under week now. Although I don’t need much rocking when I go to bed as the kids tire me out to the extent that I could feature on The Walking Dead! But it does give a really cosy ambience in the bedroom. Along with the added essential oils, it does actually make me feel quite calm and chilled out.
It’s not the cheapest of bedtime lights but I do think it is very good value for money and definitley worth investing in if you crave for a better sleep routine.
