Since being introduced to the K’Nex  Bumper Building Pack, Jayden has been hooked ever since. So when we heard that K’Nex has just launched the new educational KNex STEM Explorations, we were very keen to try them out.

Each Kit is designed to help develop children’s STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and maths) skills through play.  Every item in the new KNEX STEM Explorations line includes a number of model build suggestions, each with a really fun experiment to bring to life scientific principles, allowing kids to test and learn to improve their models each time.

First we got to work with the Vehicles kit. Jayden wanted to make a car. You can choose from different power sources, such as push power, rubber band power, wind power or spring. Jayden chose the rubber band powered method.

It’s fab that kids can learn whilst playing. Jayden certainly learned a lot from his new kits and will continue to do so as he creates new builds.

The K’nex educational sets are available from Amazon and all good toy stores.

  1. What great learning fun, I dont this would be a present just for boys, my daughter and nieces would love this too, but saying that they maybe should have a range for girls. Saying that it is suitable for the whole family and really affordable also.
